| With the deepening of real estate market regulation and control,the construction industry has entered the stage of fine competition,construction enterprises urgently need to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises through internal management promotion.Financial process optimization is an important part of the promotion of internal management.J company as a traditional construction enterprise,its financial strategy and processes can no longer meet the needs of today’s business development.Accounting work should be adjusted according to the needs of the development of the times.For J companies with a long history,many organizational levels,large number of employees,complex business procedures and short time to participate in market competition,the optimization situation is more serious.This paper combs through the relevant literature research on the causes,feasible paths and practical applications of business process optimization.Based on business process re-creation theory,three-dimensional structure theory,value chain theory and financial sharing theory,this paper selects J company as the research object to discuss how construction enterprises in economically underdeveloped areas can improve their core competitiveness through financial process optimization.This paper uses field records,interviews with employees and other means to investigate and understand J’s financial process,builds an index system to measure the quality of the company’s overall financial process,and uses AHP method to empirically analyze the impact of different financial processes on the overall financial process quality.On this basis,this paper selects the four typical financial processes(expense reimbursement process,purchase payment process,sales receivable process and general ledger accounting process)which have the greatest impact on the overall financial performance,analyzes the current situation of these 4 processes in J company,summarizes the existing problems and briefly analyzes the causes of the problems.In order to ensure the normal turnover of company funds and realize the optimization of financial functions of data sharing,this paper designs the optimization scheme of expense reimbursement process,purchase payment process,sales receivable process and general ledger accounting process based on financial sharing,and expects that the optimization process will play an active role in operational efficiency,company data quality,change of the company’s financial system and satisfaction.Finally,from the aspects of improving the level of technical informationization,improving management ability and strengthening the construction of talents,the paper puts forward some suggestions to ensure the optimization of financial process.The research of this paper is based on the company building the financial sharing service center as the starting point and the theory of financial sharing and process optimization as the guide.This paper uses AHP and other methods to put forward a design plan for J company’s financial sharing service process optimization,and tries to build a new and unified financial management process overall framework with high resource integration ability,support management coordination and information sharing.This paper hopes to promote J’s financial management model to financial sharing,and provide some reference for the initial construction of financial sharing service centers of other enterprise groups of the same type. |
