the coal machinery manufacturing industry has become increasingly fierce,bringing great pressure and challenges to the development of various enterprises.In the current harsh competitive environment,N Company has encountered a series of problems,such as an imperfect innovation system,low efficiency in technological innovation,gradually increasing production costs,declining profits,chaotic management,and long product production cycles.These problems have resulted in a gap between the company’s innovative products and market demand,placing it at a disadvantage in industry competition.How abroad,Use modern and advanced technology innovation management theoretical analysis tools to conduct in-depth analysis on N Company:use the PESTEL six factor analysis model to interpret the external environment of N Company,and analyze the internal innovation environment from the aspects of N Company’s market operation,organizational structure,human resources,asset profile,etc;Use the SWOT analysis tool to conduct an overall objective analysis of N Company,analyze its "strengths","weaknesses","opportunities" and "threats"factors,use the Delphi method method to determine the weight and value of each factor of SWOT,and finally determine the technology innovation strategy in combination with the strategic development of N Company,select the SO development strategy,use strengths
