A Company's Financial Management Process Optimization Research

With the continuous development of economy,financial management plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.In the impression of some business operators,finance is accounting and reimbursement,completely ignoring financial management and decision-making functions.Traditional way of financial content and is relatively simple,in the rapidly changing international and domestic market,financial department not only should the enterprise bear the investment decision,capital financing and management control,and other functions of the traditional,but also in the enterprise value chain management,supply chain management and quality management plays an important role.However,many enterprises' financial management system and financial management process are not reasonable,which seriously restrict and influence the development of enterprises.Taking company A as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of its financial management process and then optimizes the financial management process.First,adopt the method of literature research,explains the relevant theories of financial management process,mainly including business process optimization theory and the theory of business process optimization,this paper expounds the basic way to process optimization;Secondly,the case study method is adopted to analyze the case of company A and find out the problems of company A's financial management process.Aiming at these problems,the paper puts forward the process optimization design according to the four stages of financial management process.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee measures for the smooth process optimization.
