| In the new era,China’s road traffic is at a stage of rapid development.The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" points out that China’s transportation development is in a tough period to support the establishment of a well-off society in an all-round way.It is important to develop transportation system under the new normal of economic development.Insisting on equal emphasis on construction,operation,and maintenance,and make better use of the role of the traffic advance officer.By 2020,a modern comprehensive transportation system which is safe,convenient,efficient,and environmental friendly will be basically landed.Therefore,with the rapid development of road traffic,more and more roads and bridges are being constructed,as the increasing speed of construction,roads and bridges in various regions are carrying heavy traffic loads.Upholding the planning goals of equal emphasis on maintenance and check,the requirements of inspections and maintenance are getting higher and higher in all regions.At the same time,the data information is also increasing.Informatization and smarter maintenance management of road and bridge has become a distinctive feature of contemporary road and bridge management.The modern road and bridge maintenance management system should be a combination of functions of intelligent computer and ideas of standardised modern management and maintenance,which can provide various data in a timely and accurate manner to help the management department to maintain the roads and bridges in a more scientific way.This paper mainly explains specifically about the design and implementation of road and bridge maintenance management system.This paper designs and implements a computer software system for road and bridge inspection and maintenance engineering management based on the industry and technical standards of roads and bridges and user needs investigation,combined with computer software engineering specifications.This article mainly completed the following work:1.Considers about the factor of the standard business research of the industry and the daily work requirements of the staffs from road and bridge maintenance management department,and conducts a detailed analysis of the road and bridge maintenance management system requirements.The system mainly includes five modules:basic information management,road and bridge inspection work,road and bridge maintenance and repair,operation status statistics,and system management.2.Based on the entity relationship diagram,the data model of the system is designed.The functional modules of the system are designed based on UML.3.Based on the technologies of WebGIS,SpringBoot framework and Vue.js framework,the road and bridge maintenance management system is implemented.4.Finally,the function of the system was tested based on the black box test method.At the same time,the system performance was tested,and finally the design requirements were met and deployed to users.Through the combination of modern technology,the management of road inspection and maintenance have been modernized and improved.Then the scientific,visualized and standardized maintenance and management of roads and bridges are realized,and furthermore improved the efficiency of road and bridge maintenance and management to a certain extent. |
