The road network, in which the highways are the main framework and the secondary roads are the connecting lines, has developed in terms of scale, but we also should pay more attention to the rural roads, which are still lagging behind.While constructing the rural roads, the major problem we encountered is how to reuse the old bridges, which is safe, economical, and also enables the limited funds to maximize returns. The key to solve the problem is to predict the old bridges'life scientifically, to evaluate the old bridges'technical condition scientifically, to make a scientific decision of the old bridges'maintenance reinforcement measures and their allocation of funds.Firstly, the paper reviews the historical development and current situation of the bridge maintenance management at home and abroad, then predicts the old bridges'life with regression forecasting theory and Markov forecasting theory. Then the paper analysis the main forms and mechanisms of the old bridges'diseases, summaries the old bridges'maintenance reinforcement measures and establishes the old bridges'maintenance reinforcement measures decision trees. In addition, the paper establishes the basic institutions of old bridges life prediction and maintenance reinforcement decision system, recounts the modules of the system, such as database management module, old bridges'life prediction module, old bridges'maintenance reinforcement module. Finally, the paper makes the old bridges'life prediction and maintenance reinforcement intelligentized, with the object-oriented visual programming language Visual Basic.The paper aims to establish a complete old bridges'life prediction and maintenance reinforcement system, which is useful to reuse the old bridges reasonably, and to save the funds in the rural roads construction. |
