Bridge engineering is control node of the road transportation engineering, the quality of bridge engineering directly affects the operation condition of the road. In our country Large-scale bridge construction began in the 1980 s, at present, stage first stage gradually stepped into the stage of paying equal attention to both bridge construction and bridge maintenance by the bridge construction in our country. There are quite a few number of Bridges need to undertake maintenance and repair. However, how to manage the bridge standardized and normalized and how to reasonably use of the bridge maintenance standard scientific to assess the condition of the technology of bridges, has become the common concerns of all parties. This paper has researched the bridge inspection management system at home and abroad. Based on the existing bridge management system, this paper carries out the following works :(1) Establishing the standardized and normalized bridge inspection maintenance management system in the system.Guided by the code for Maintenance of Highway Bridges and the bridge inspection maintenance institution of our country, we exploit the limits management module, the inspection maintenance system, the report module, disease recognition and classification and bridge three-dimensional information model module in the system, realizing managing and maintaining bridge standardly and normativly in the system.(2) Evaluation of technical condition of bridges based on code and based on the user-defined code.Based on the analysis of bridge maintenance code:《JTG H11—2004 Code for Maintenance of Highway Bridges and Culverts[S]》and 《JTG/TH21—2011. Standards for Technical Condition Evaluation of Highway Bridges[S]》, realizing technical condition evaluation of bridges based on code in system. Based on the analysis of 《JTG/TH21—2011. Standards for Technical Condition Evaluation of Highway Bridges[S]》, we find that there are some shortcomings in the code, so we build the method of user-defined code in the system to evaluate the technical condition of bridges. The method of user-defined code involves: User-defined components classifying, User-defined the weight of structure and components and User-defined defects. We also study the different ways of component partition on the influence of the technology condition of the bridge in practical engineering. In addition, we also study the influence of the sequence of points of component on the component score when we score the component, introduces the concept of weight to the process of the points of defect to make the bridge condition evaluation more reasonable.(3)Establishing the bridge deterioration model based on the bridge technical condition evaluation.This paper established the degradation model based on bridge technique condition evaluation according to the degradation model based on bridge reliability index. We put forward the parabolic regression model and the exponential regression models in the system that is applied to the bridge technique condition prediction.
