The rapid development of urbanization has greatly weakened the permeability of land,causing a series of problems such as the deterioration of water environment,the increase of waterlogging risk and aggravation of non-point source pollution.Sponge city construction is an important task to deal with urban waterlogging and non-point source pollution in China.However,waterlogging still occurs from time to time in the pilot areas where the construction is completed.Although there are many factors affecting the hydrologic effect of sponge facilities,the construction quality is an important core factor.Hardened roads occupy a large area in the overall urban layout and are also the main source of urban surface runoff.Therefore,the construction and reconstruction of urban road is the main position of sponge city engineering construction.Aiming at the coordination problem of design and construction in current sponge city construction,the research on the quality coordination control mechanism and its application in road sponge city construction plays an important guiding significance for alleviating urban flood and waterlogging disaster,promoting the hydrologic virtuous cycle of the site,which has a strong application value.Based on a large number of investigations on the current situation and deficiencies of domestic road sponge engineering construction,quality control mode and engineering practice,taking the quality control of key construction procedures of typical road sponge facilities as the entry point,the project quality collaborative control mechanism is studied,and the sponge city renovation project of Changnan Avenue in Nanchang city is taken as a case to verify the effectiveness of quality collaborative control mechanism.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes the environmental characteristics,construction requirements and quality problems of road sponge city construction in China,and clarifies the disconnection between design purpose requirements and construction method organization,which is an important reason for the failure of many road sponge projects to achieve the expected hydrological effect.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to realize the coordinated control of construction quality participated by the designer,which will provide problem guidance for the subsequent construction of the sponge facility quality coordinated control system.Secondly,based on the quality control of the key process of sponge facilities,the collaborative control mechanism of design and construction is established through image data transmission to realize the online interaction between the designer and the construction party.Analyzed under sunken green space and ecological tree pool,permeable pavement and shallow storage pool sponge common road facilities such as the quality of coordinated control points and methods,through the analytic hierarchy process analysis,weights of control points and the weights of control points together sort,thus providing theoretical basis for the practice of quality coordinated control system and quantitative appraisal way.Then,the construction case of rainwater garden located in a section of sponge city reconstruction project of Changnan Avenue in Nanchang city is analyzed,and the construction quality of sponge city is improved through the coordinated control of engineering quality participated by the designer.First,the project overview of the case is introduced,and then the process of implementing the project quality collaborative control is analyzed,and the evaluation results are obtained.Finally,the final score is analyzed,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the implementation of the quality collaborative control mechanism are verified.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the quality coordination control mechanism are analyzed,and its application value is reflected from the aspects of coordinating tripartite relations,improving design quality and construction quality.This paper discusses the realization of collaborative quality control of road sponge city project,combines the traditional quality control method on the basis of dynamic application,and adopts the design and contracting mode,which is more conducive to the realization and application of the quality control mechanism.
