| In recent years,problems have frequently occurred,such as insufficient water supplis,torrential rain,and water pollution.Building a sponge city and using its "store,infiltrate,and clean" functions can effectively solve the above problems,and at the same time,promote the coordinated development of the city and environment.Building a smart sponge city,using sensors to collect relevant data such as rainfall,water level,and flow,then performing data realtime uploading and screening.Analyzing data through related models to realize functions,such as early warning of waterlogging,management of water accumulation points,and evaluation of sponge city construction.And displaying results visually,so that governments,enterprises,citizens and society can participate in the urban water system management process.Fundamentally change the management mode of the sponge city,optimize its operation mechanism,and improve the efficiency and quality of urban water management.Based on the theory of holistic governance,urban informatization theory,and the best management practices,this thesis combines the concepts of sponge city and smart city,then proposes the concept and characteristics of smart sponge city.Next,the construct idea and processes of smart sponge city construction is proposed.First,this thesis analyzes the factors that affect the smart sponge city,including terrain conditions and urban construction status,climatic and hydrological conditions,municipal drainage system status,ground water permeability and sponge construction status,and urban information construction status.Then existing problems in the construction are summarized.Solving problems as targets,establish a real-time monitoring and management system and propose smart management measures for sponge cities.This thesis applies DEM data,RS and GIS technology,SWMM model and twodimensional and three-dimensional linkage technology to specialize smart sponge projects construction methods from five aspects: water system,green space system,drainage system,rainwater utilization system and urban land classification sponge construction.The main functions and system structure of the sponge city real-time monitoring and management system are introduced,and information sharing,automation,and intelligent sponge city management measures are proposed from the aspects of dispatch command,declaration approval,transaction management,results evaluation,and fund management.This thesis urther analyzes the related technologies of smart sponge city construction from aspects of system hardware design,operating environment construction,basic database construction,and urban land classification sponge construction method.Finally,according to the smart sponge city construction system proposed above,taking Luoyang City as an example to conduct a case analysis,analyze the influencing factors of Luoyang smart sponge city construction,summarize the existing problems,and aim at retaining more and more existing historical sites in Luoyang.With the characteristics of a digital urban management platform,it proposes special construction methods and management measures for smart sponge engineering. |
