Research On Project Quality Management Of Haieryun Sponge City In The World

Sponge city is also known as hydroelastic city,which belongs to the new concept of urban flood management.The international definition is to build a rainwater system that has less impact on the surrounding environment.It can accumulate and purify water in the rainy season and release the accumulated water in the rainy season to play a role.Jinan City is one of the pilot cities for the construction of sponge cities.As early as June2015,the People’s Government of Jinan City issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Sponge City" and gradually urged people’s governments at all levels to promote implementation.The Haier Cloud World Sponge City Project is a sub-project implemented by HZ Company based on the sponge city theory and technology in order to implement the requirements of the Jinan Municipal Government and improve the quality of the Haier Cloud World Project.In order to do a good job of project quality control,I based on the project management and quality management theory I studied during the school,combined with the actual situation of the project,carried out quality control related research to ensure its smooth implementation.This article uses theoretical methods and practical research methods,case analysis methods,and inductive and deductive methods to deeply study the quality management and control of Haier Cloud World Sponge City Project.It is divided into five parts:Part Ⅰ: Introduction.Review the background and significance of the research,expound the relevant literature review at home and abroad,and determine the research content and methods of this article,and then determine the research ideas and technical routes;Part Ⅱ: Project and Project Management Theory.First,it outlines the definition of project management,secondly studies the theory of project quality management,and finally introduces the concept of sponge city and its main characteristics;Part Ⅲ: Quality management issues and control of Haier Cloud World Sponge City Project.This chapter introduces from the background of the project,understands its management concept,and analyzes the quality problems in the design and construction of Haier Cloud World Sponge City;The fourth part: Haier Cloud World sponge city project quality management plan based on sponge city perspective.First introduce the project quality management goals and principles,and then carry out a quantitative analysis of the quality control of Haier Cloud World Sponge City Construction Project.Through analysis,establish a Haier Cloud World Sponge City project quality control system and project design,bidding,construction,and completion acceptance stage quality management.Measures.Part 5: Project implementation safeguard measures.This chapter discusses five aspects,including personnel protection,cost protection,technical support,safety management,and construction progress protection,and studies the establishment of a quality management plan and control methods for the Haier Cloud World Sponge City Project.Project quality management provides a certain reference.
