With the improvement of citizens’ living standards,the penetration rate of cars is getting higher and higher.At the same time,the amount of scrapped cars is increasing rapidly every year.The increase in the number of scrapped cars has caused problems such as traffic safety and environmental pollution.The problems caused by the unreasonable recycling of scrapped cars have become increasingly apparent.Therefore,in order to solve the recycling problem of scrapped cars safely and efficiently,there is an urgent need to design a logistics network related to scrapped cars recycling and carry out optimization research.However,under the current severe social situation,whether it is an automobile manufacturing enterprise,an automobile recycling center or an environmental protection organization,research on the recycling of scrapped vehicles is relatively weak.In order to keep pace with the times and achieve high-efficiency recycling of scrapped vehicles,we must reform and innovate the reverse logistics network and reverse logistics recycling model,and vigorously promote the development of scrapped vehicle recycling industry.Reasonable recycling of end-of-life vehicles not only helps to reduce environmental pollution,guarantee road traffic safety,and alleviate the shortage of resources,but also can reduce the cost of automobile manufacturing companies to varying degrees and improve the efficiency of the enterprise.Therefore,the end-of-life automobile recycling industry has great potential for development.The research on the recycling of scrapped cars is inseparable from the design and optimization of the reverse logistics network.This article fully understands and grasps the current research progress and degree of domestic and foreign scrap car reverse logistics networks based on the research status of scrap cars at home and abroad,and carries out further in-depth research on this basis.The main work includes the following parts:The first part is to sort out the scrap car recycling industry chain and understand the characteristics of scrap car reverse logistics,especially the dismantling process in the process of scrap car recycling and disassembly,which is the selection of the reverse logistics network node and the scrap car recycling network below The design provides a theoretical basis;The second part analyzes the existing design methods and principles of the reverse logistics network,and sorts out the process of scrap car recycling in the life cycle,laying a model foundation for node design and transportation optimization issues;The third part,on the basis of the above theoretical methods and model design principles,this paper designs a reverse logistics network that conforms to the recycling of scrapped vehicles,and establishes a node location model and an optimization model for automobile transportation;In the fourth part,the particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize the reverse logistics network of scrapped cars,the node location of the regional library is selected and the optimal transportation volume is calculated.In the process of researching the reverse logistics network of scrapped cars,this article chooses the appropriate recycling center as a regional warehouse and sets up a central warehouse to play the role of storage,disassembly and classification;Scrapped automobile materials are sorted and transported to upstream steel companies,rubber companies and parts manufacturing companies.Set up a waste treatment center,and dispose of waste that cannot be recycled after the car is dismantled,and transport it to the waste treatment center.This measure has played a positive role in environmental protection.And based on the proposed network model and particle swarm algorithm,an example analysis of the recycling business of a certain automobile company is carried out,which proves that the particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the problem of reverse recycling of scrapped cars in the article.The quantity optimization model proves to be feasible.
