In order to protect energy and environment,electric vehicles are rapidly being used all over the world.The production and sales of electric vehicles exceeded 10 million in 2022.Power batteries,a key component of electric vehicles,are expected to be scrapped in 380GWh in 2021-2025.If used batteries are not dismantled effectively,a large amount of rare metal resources such as neodymium,cobalt and nickel in batteries will be wasted.Waste batteries contain a lot of chemicals that are harmful to society and the environment.At present,the recycled batteries are encouraged to be fully used in our country,so as to promote the waste battery industry economic benefit and environmental benefit to the maximization.However,it is worth paying attention to the negative recycling rate of waste batteries and the low efficiency of logistics network operation.Therefore,reasonable optimization of waste battery logistics network can improve the reuse rate of waste battery and promote the sustainable development of waste battery industry.Firstly,the paper introduces the theory of waste battery logistics network,the theory of circular economy and the method of uncertain factors planning,Which can lay a theoretical foundation for the optimization of waste battery logistics network for electric vehicles.Secondly,these problems are found through the analysis of waste battery logistics network policy status,operating process status and profitability status.Then,in order to design the structure of waste battery logistics network,the comparative advantages of enterprises are systematically analyzed to verify the feasibility of co-construction of logistics network between enterprises.On this basis,with the goal of maximizing economic benefits and environmental benefits,the inventory equation under different decision-making cycles was established,taking into account the influence of uncertain factors such as the quantity and quality of recycling waste batteries on the logistics network,and the optimization model of waste batteries logistics network was constructed.Finally,an empirical analysis was carried out on the case of waste battery logistics network planning and construction in Beijing.The Lingo software was used to solve the model,and the quantity,location and flow distribution of various logistics facilities under different decision-making cycles were obtained.It is verified that the optimization model constructed in this paper can significantly improve the facility utilization rate of about 20%by setting indicators such as logistics network stability and logistics network facility utilization rate.When the parameters in the variable model are uncertain,the model shows higher inventory adjustment ability and risk resistance level.On the one hand,this paper provides a feasible optimization plan for the waste battery logistics network for the enterprise decision makers,which is conducive to the use value of the whole life cycle of the battery and improve the profitability of the waste battery logistics network.The optimization of waste battery logistics network,On the one hand,it provides a feasible optimization scheme of waste battery logistics network for enterprise decision makers,which is effective for the full use of batteries and improve the profitability of waste battery logistics network.On the other hand,it provides reference for the relevant policy makers,which can make the operation process more standardized and promote the sustainable development of the waste battery industry.
