With the popularization of automobiles,the number of scrapped automobiles in my country is increasing year by year,and the scrapped automobile recycling market has huge potential.However,my country’s scrap car dismantling industry is still in the exploratory stage,and the scrap car recycling and dismantling market is chaotic.Shanghai’s scrapped automobile reverse logistics network has problems such as high operating model costs,low actual network recovery rates,and irregular operations in the second-hand automobile market.The challenge that Shanghai will face in the future is the rapid increase in the demand for the recycling of scrap cars,and the actual recycling and utilization of scrap cars needs to be upgraded to an operational level.This paper analyzes the market prospects of the scrapped automobile reverse logistics network,forecasts the number of scrapped automobiles in Shanghai,sorts out the current situation of the scrapped automobile reverse logistics network in Shanghai,and builds the Shanghai scrapped automobile reverse logistics optimization network,and proposes to use the second-hand automobile market Reverse logistics network system for recycling centers.The specific work done by the research is as follows:First of all,the article predicts the prospects of the scrapped automobile reverse logistics network market,including the analysis of the current scrapped automobile reverse logistics market and the forecast of the future scrapped automobile market.This paper uses Shanghai’s historical data of automobile production,ownership,and scrap in the past ten years,uses the method of correlation analysis to extract the factors with high correlation,and then makes gray predictions,and uses Matlab programming to solve the problem of Shanghai in the next three years.The amount of scrapped automobiles in the city,and estimate the potential upside of scrapped automobile market.According to the analysis of Shanghai’s car ownership and car age data,it is found that the scrapped car market will usher in growth.There are two reasons: one is that Shanghai’s cars are in the popularization period,with a large number of cars,and vehicles that meet the mandatory scrapping standards in the future.The number will rise sharply;the second is that the actual recycling rate in Shanghai is currently low.With the standardization of the scrapped automobile market,the actual recycling rate of scrapped automobiles in Shanghai will increase.Secondly,this paper uses the mixed integer programming method(MILP)to establish a network optimization goal with the lowest cost of the Shanghai scrapped automobile reverse logistics network,based on the logistics balance of each network node,the dismantling point dismantling capacity limitation,and the recycling point recycling quantity constraint.A mixed integer network optimization model with restrictions on the number of reclaimed points and integer constraints as the constraints of the model.Then collect the relevant node operation data of the Shanghai scrapped automobile reverse logistics network as the input data of the model;use LINGO.12 to program and solve the Shanghai scrapped automobile reverse logistics network model.Finally,through the analysis of the result data obtained by the optimization model of the reverse logistics network of end-of-life vehicles,it is verified that the optimized network can effectively reduce the operating cost and logistics cost of the recycling center,effectively increase the actual recovery rate of end-of-life vehicles,and obtain the optimal selection.According to the results of the site,a proposal on the scope of responsibility for flow distribution is proposed.
