Research On The Layout Plan Of Recycling Logistics Network Of G Air-Conditioning Enterprises In Shijiazhuang Area

The rapid development of my country’s economy continues to improve people’s living standards,and consumers have an ever-increasing demand for home appliances.Due to the large-scale popularization of home appliances and consumers’ continuous updating of home appliances,a large number of waste home appliances are produced.Effective recycling of used household appliances and reasonable dismantling of used household appliances can realize resource reuse.This paper analyzes and studies in detail the problems in the current status of the company’s waste air conditioner recycling logistics network layout.This article takes G air-conditioning company as the research object,and analyzes the problems existing in G air-conditioning company’s distribution of waste air-conditioning recycling logistics network in Shijiazhuang City.First of all,it clearly points out the problems that the enterprise has in the layout of the recycling logistics network of waste air conditioners,analyzes the necessity of the site selection of recycling logistics network nodes,and gives a reasonable recycling logistics network layout plan.Secondly,in view of the current status of the G air-conditioning company’s existing recycling logistics network layout,comprehensively analyze the problems in the G air-conditioning company’s recycling logistics network layout in Shijiazhuang,and propose relevant methods to optimize the company’s recycling logistics network layout.The site selection area of the recycling center is comprehensively evaluated through the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the site selection area is reasonably selected based on the evaluation results.According to the actual situation,the goal planning method is used to construct the recycling logistics network layout optimization model,the number and location of recycling centers are determined,and the Lingo software is used to solve the model to obtain the final recycling logistics network layout plan.Finally,analyze the effects of the planned recycling logistics network layout plan,clarify the rationality and feasibility of the analysis plan,and further evaluate the expected effects of the recycling logistics network layout plan.It shows that the formulation of the plan can effectively solve the existing problems in the layout of the recycling logistics network of the enterprise.
