Since entering the 21st century,China’s self owned automobile brands have developed rapidly.At present,Geely,Chang’an,Dongfeng and other representative product brands with certain level have been formed.Quality management originated in the United States.After years of reform and opening up,the development of national economy began to turn to high-quality economy.As one of the key industries,the automobile industry is the only way to survive and develop in the new era.This research takes the application of quality valve evaluation of automobile project as the research direction,takes company A as the research case,through the research method of combination of theory and practice,on the basis of summarizing the relevant theories of application of quality valve evaluation of automobile project,analyzes the current situation of quality valve evaluation of automobile project of company A,analyzes the existing problems in the current application of evaluation,and combines with the problems According to the evaluation results,the following research significance can be obtained:(1)Theoretical significance,referring to the previous research theory,this study intends to put forward some independent points of view,which has a certain supplement and improvement effect on the academic research results in the field of automobile project quality management,and has a certain theoretical significance.(2)Practical significance.Taking company A as an example,this study expounds the current situation,analyzes the problems and puts forward countermeasures.It has certain reference value for the application of company A’s future automotive project quality valve review,and also has certain reference value for the relevant project quality valve review of other automotive enterprises in China.Therefore,this paper also has certain practical significance.The purpose of the research is to explore the current situation of project quality valve review of company A,propose relevant improvement measures,provide guidance for the quality valve review of company A’s automobile project according to the improvement results,and provide assistance for the optimization of project quality valve review of the automobile industry.This study consists of five parts:First of all,the research background,purpose and significance of this research are introduced,and then the current domestic and foreign research theories and actual cases in the field of automotive project quality valve review are analyzed,and the main research contents and research methods of this research are introduced in detail.The second part is the theoretical overview,which summarizes the concept and theory of the quality valve of the automobile project and the evaluation of the quality valve of the automobile project,as the theoretical basis of this study.The third part is the current situation of quality valve review of a company’s automobile project.First,it gives a brief overview of the project.Then,it discusses the application of quality valve review in project management from the main contents of quality valve review,deliverables of quality valve review,management of quality valve review and elements of quality valve review,and analyzes the main problems of quality valve review,and explain the results of the final practice.The fourth part is the management improvement measures based on the quality valve review of the automobile project.According to the problems analyzed in the third part,under the guidance of relevant theories,it puts forward practical and effective improvement measures,and explains the optimization effect of the improved evaluation system,evaluation organization structure,evaluation decision-making mechanism and other aspects.The fifth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the research results of this study,and then prospects the direction of further research in the future.In the research,company a is taken as the specific research object to analyze the project quality valve review of the company.The research finds that the company has certain deficiencies in the quality management of automobile projects,in the project quality valve review planning,main body,way and other aspects,and the risk control of deliverables in each stage is insufficient,and the review content is not yet available It can cover key activities of project quality management,and quality risk prevention and control need to be improved.From the above aspects,only by improving the application of quality valve in company A’s automobile project can we promote the optimization of project quality management and lay the foundation for the improvement of the company’s products and services.In the research,the relevant theories of automobile quality management are collected and sorted out,and the current situation of project quality valve review of company A is analyzed.Based on the current problems of project quality valve review of company A,countermeasures are proposed under the guidance of relevant theories.Due to the limitation of time and energy,the research on the quality valve
