The Research And Application Of Quality Management In Vehicle Buliding Launch Process Of E2 Project

At this stage,China's auto market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,automobile enterprises want to remain invincible and achieve sustainable development,should not only rely on the effective R & D and innovation,but also to continuous improvement the quality of the products,focus on the customer experience,to improve customer satisfaction.Quality as the core competitiveness of the product,is the highest priority of the business of T-company,especially in the quality management of vehicle building launch process,it is the top priority of management.As the last stage of the whole vehicle development project,the building launch stage is the verification of a series of key factors,from individual to batch,from trial production to regular production.In this paper,the project quality management at this stage is discussed,and it is a comprehensive and systematic work.This paper firstly describes the basic theory and status of the project quality management in the automotive industry,on the basis of this,focuses on the T company E2 model project,the quality management in the start phase of the vehicle building launch process.Among them,the "delivery" evaluation and "quality valve" management as the main means;to formulate quality control plan for landing method;a single issure list as a tracking solution mechanism.At the same time,through the use of 7D,RED-X and other quality tools,to fully improve the quality of vehicle manufacturing project start-up phase,to ensure that new project models start production with high quality.
