Since the birth of the Nordic design style,it has been an important force in the design community that cannot be ignored.The Nordic design has been baptized for a long time,and its unremitting and firm insistence on design style and design strategy has now been recognized by the world.As a country with a long history and civilization inheritance,China,like the Nordic countries,has rich social values,long historical and cultural values,and a relatively comprehensive national aesthetic height.Nowadays,with the great progress China has made in the fields of social civilization,economy and culture,the functional and aesthetic demands for products and their packaging are also increasing day by day.Under the background of the development of this era,the combination of local culture and modern advanced design concepts,the call for redesign is also increasing.The development of modern design has benefited from the lower entry barrier for design by the Bauhaus Design School in Germany.The industrialization practice of Nordic product design and packaging design has evolved the design from traditional personalized,high-end and customized attributes.Designed for modern industrialization of commercial value;The success of Nordic Design provides a good way of thinking and design strategy direction for China to establish a combination of life culture and industrial products.The unification of national cultural attributes and artistic aesthetic attributes.This article will take the Scandinavian design style as the entry point of the study.By comparing and analyzing the Scandinavian design style and China’s current design concepts,we will find the similarities between the development needs of Nordic design and Chinese design at this stage,and extract valuable values from them.Design direction and form a certain design thinking mode,try to pass the traditional Chinese cultural value thinking,combined with modern communication theory and Nordic style design techniques,to meaningfully analyze and explore the packaging design of fast-selling products.The research content of this article mainly has four parts: first,introduce and analyze the design ideas and values of "Nordic Design" from the perspective of ideas and design concepts,and extract the design connotation of the Scandinavian style;second,combining reality,from "traditional values" and " Condensed perspectives in the"Philosophy of Nature",compared the condensed perspectives with the connotation elements of today’s Scandinavian design,extracted and merged the connotation elements in the Nordic design style to redesign the local cultural elements and values;again,through packaging The attribute of communication is modeled on the Nordic design style that integrates localized elements and values to verify the appeal and communication attributes of new elements in packaging design.Finally,the research results are used to make a set of local cultural values,There are packaging design achievements that contain elements of Nordic design connotation,and a meaningful design thinking and way path are explored for product packaging design.
