Research On The Contemporary Value Cognition And Protection Development Of The Third-line Construction Remains In Panzhihua Area

The Third-line construction has important significance in the history of China’s construction,and has generated a lot of material and spiritual wealth.As a key city for third-tier construction,Panzhihua has experienced urban decline in recent years and is facing a transformation.In addition,buildings during the Third-line construction period have gradually been abandoned.Under this background,the protection and development of architectural remains have become an important research topic.This thesis distinguishes the meaning of architectural heritage and architectural remains,historical value and contemporary value,and defines the research scope of architectural remains of Panzhihua Third-line construction.Through literature,oral history,interdisciplinary and other research methods,this thesis combs and analyzes the research theories and practical experience of the Third-line construction at home and abroad,the value cognition and protection development of architectural remains,condenses the previous research results,and combines the development situation of Panzhihua area,to extract the contemporary value of the Third-line construction architectural remains in Panzhihua area.Using the method of on-site investigation and questionnaire survey to survey and record part of the Third-line construction remains,and to visit and investigate the protection and development related issues,analyze and summarize the characteristics and types of the architectural remains.Based on the practical cases at home and abroad,this thesis analyzes the problems and dilemmas of protection and development,excavates its own culture and characteristics from the perspective of constructivism and hermeneutics,and puts forward the strategies and models for the protection and development of architectural remains in the Third-line construction period in the transformation.In order to provide an example of protection and development,the representative architectural remains of various types within the research scope are selected and the corresponding conceptual design of renovation is made.This is of great practical significance to Panzhihua’s urban development,cultural promotion and environmental protection,and provides some enlightenment to the protection and development of architectural remains in other areas.
