At present,a series of problems such as serious energy consumption,environmental pollution and low labor productivity of traditional cast-in-place buildings restrict the development of the construction industry.The emergence of prefabricated buildings provides a new direction and ideas for solving this problem,and assembled buildings have gradually become a new direction for the future development of the construction industry.The economic,environmental,social and safety benefits of prefabricated buildings directly affect the development of the national economy and the transformation of people’s lifestyles.However,compared with the mature and prefabricated building standard system in foreign countries,the technical research and development level and system policy of China’s prefabricated buildings are still in their infancy,so the research on promoting the comprehensive benefits of fabricated buildings is of great significance to the development of fabricated buildings.The construction method of the prefabricated building is different from the traditional cast-in-place building mode,which has a high advantage in terms of environmental protection and saving time.However,the current unclear benefits of prefabricated buildings have led to great constraints on the development of fabricated buildings in China.Therefore,in order to clarify the comprehensive benefit level of the prefabricated building and promote the development of the prefabricated building,this paper conducts a comprehensive benefit study of the prefabricated building from two aspects.On the one hand,it is a case study and qualitative research on the current prefabricated buildings.According to the specific case of the actual assembly-type construction project in the country,the comprehensive benefits of the current prefabricated buildings are analyzed through economic,environmental,social and security aspects.The analysis and research are carried out according to the following steps.Firstly,the benefits of each benefit are analyzed in the construction and construction phase,the operational use phase and the demolition phase of the prefabricated building;secondly,through specific assembly-type construction projects,specific indicators are determined for analysis and research;Analyze the shortcomings of the prefabricated building in this benefit and the need to improve the improvement,on the other hand,quantitative evaluation.Through the study of domestic and foreign literature materials and the specific assembly project situation,the comprehensive benefits of the prefabricated building are analyzed from the perspective of the whole life cycle of the building.The economic benefits,environmental benefits,social benefits and safety benefits of the components are 19 Based on the comprehensive benefit evaluation indicators,an evaluation index system for the comprehensive benefits of fabricated buildings is established on the basis of clarifying the meaning of each indicator.The AHP method is used to establish the hierarchical judgment matrix of the economic,environmental,social and safety benefits of the fabricated building and the overall benefit judgment matrix,and the weight distribution table of each evaluation index is obtained.Then,by analyzing the survey data of concrete assembly buildings in Hefei City,the comprehensive benefits of the prefabricated buildings are evaluated by the set pair analysis theory,and the evaluation grades are obtained and explained and explained.The research results of this paper provide corresponding guidance for the feasibility and operability of the fabricated building evaluation system,and also provide theoretical support for the development of fabricated buildings.
