Owing to the complexity of spacecraft system,a wide variety of tools and supporting equipment deployed on the ground are needed in modern aviation assembly and maintenance.with the rapid development of aviation industry in recent years,the proportion of aviation safety accidents has increased due to the fact that tools are forgotten inside the fuselage.One of the major tasks that the aviation assembly and maintenance enterprises are facing is how to manage tools and equipment efficiently.Through the actual investigation,it is found that the tools management process is mainly operated by human,and the paper documents are used in some borrowing and returning records.This has resulted a series of problems such as the time wasting in borrowing and returning process,the heavy work of the tools administrator,the difficulty existed to blame when the tools are lost and so on.Besides this,it is difficult to implement the inventory of tools and other related work.In order to solve the confusion problem of tools management and improve the efficiency of enterprise's tools management,combing with the internet of things and embedded technology,a set of tools management control system based on ARM is designed and implemented in this paper.The paper expounded the background,significance,RFID technology and embedded technology of the tools management control system,and put forward the design and implementation of the hardware and software of the tools management control system based on ARM.As for hardware design,the STM32 series MCU was used as the main controller and external circuits and other specific modules were combined.The electronic control lock module was achieved using the Modbus protocol for communication,the multichannel RFID reader module was achieved using a single channel RFID control board and an antenna branch module,a simple RFID hand-held card reader and a communication switch board for the embedded ARM were also achieved.As for software design,the Qt development environment was built on the basis of practical application requirements,and the Qt libraries were transplanted in the embedded ARM board.The data table was designed and a suitable application software was developed using the C++ language,and it ran successfully in the embedded ARM board.Through the integration of hardware and software,a complete set of tools management control system is realized in this paper.This system doesn't only offer the borrowing and returning functions,but also achieve some auxiliary functions such inventory,maintenance and so on.
