In recent years,with the development of society,civil aviation as a modern mode of transportation has been more and more popular,thus promoting the increasing passenger flow of civil aviation.However,due to the relatively weak civil aviation base in China,in the case of rapid increase in passenger traffic by meteorological reasons,air route control and other factors,flight delays have become a common problem in civil aviation airports.Such as in the flight delay and other special events when the civil aviation airport emergency disposal plan is not in place,it is easy to cause passenger trouble and other public order disruption of emergencies occurred.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the emergency management capacity of civil aviation airports to resolve the contradictions caused by flight delays.Taking the identity of civil aviation airport staff and taking Z airport as an example,the author analyzes the types,causes and characteristics of passenger emergencies caused by flight delays encountered in daily work.Based on the life cycle theory of emergency management(hereinafter referred to as the emergency management cycle theory),the five-stage model of Mitrov is constructed by means of interviews,questionnaires,etc.On the Z airport in flight delay caused by passenger emergency management effect and other aspects of the relevant empirical analysis and discussion,so as to establish the civil aviation airport internal service quality management system,as well as the construction of a reasonable emergency management mechanism,as well as emergency management department coordination mechanism and improve the civil aviation industry laws and regulations,To raise the legal awareness of passengers and a series of countermeasures and suggestions.
