In recent years,China's engineering project quality management has made great progress in the concrete practice,has launched a series of laws and regulations,and the quality supervision and management system is becoming more and more perfect.Want to accurate comprehensive evaluation quality of the project,the need to set up perfect quality evaluation system,at present,our country has not yet been established around the project quality evaluation system,the related theoretical research and practical application value are entities of the project quality management and evaluation,emphasis is the entity structure and security,Quality assessment is not carried out around the other stages involved in the project life cycle.At first,this thesis provides an overview of prefabricated concrete construction quality research background,research significance,research content and so on,thus laid a solid ground for below,based on relevant theories of total quality management,the introduction of the concept of total quality management,the theory and the influencing factors of total quality management and the implementation of total quality management steps;Secondly,LW project is taken as the research object.Analyze all kinds of factors affecting project quality.Now of prefabricated concrete construction design phase,prefabricated stage of production,transportation,field construction stage,completion acceptance stage,analyzing the present situation and problems of quality management from the perspective of 4M1 E analysis of each stage of quality management personnel,machinery,material,method,environment problems in five aspects,and using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to the quality of the project is evaluated.Finally,the project prefabricated concrete building construction quality management optimization research.In view of the existing problems of quality management in each stage,combining the above problems,a reasonable on-site construction quality management strategy is given.In terms of personnel protection,system guarantee,technical guarantee put forward the project prefabricated concrete construction quality management optimization implementation guarantee,multi-pronged,really from the root to solve the existing construction quality management problems.In this thesis,through the study of prefabricated concrete building quality management,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The following quality management issues may exist during the construction process:design links;prefabricated PC component production and transportation links;on-site construction;completion acceptance,etc.(2)The quality management of prefabricated concrete building is evaluated.Through four groups of dynamic data in different construction stages,it is concluded that "man,machine and material" have a great impact on the quality of the project in the production,transportation and construction stages of components,and "man,method and environment" have a great impact on the quality of the project in the design and completion acceptance stages.The maximum probability proportions obtained by using fuzzy component analysis are: 39.11% in the construction stage,41.99% in the design stage,41.12% in the component production and transportation stage and 31.87% in the completion acceptance stage.The quality grade of LW project of prefabricated concrete building is at the general level.(3)According to the analysis and exploration,this thesis puts forward optimization strategies for the quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings.Establishment of quality management system based on total quality management theory: build a comprehensive quality management system,clarify the key points of quality management,ensure the smooth operation of the quality management system,and improve it through the PDCA cycle;the project prefabricated concrete building quality optimization strategy,mainly refers to the design,transportation,main construction and completion stage of quality management optimization;the project prefabricated concrete construction quality management optimization implementation guarantee: personnel guarantee,system guarantee and technical guarantee.
