Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China’s aging problem has become more and more serious.The rapid growth of the aging population and the pressure of the old-age transformation in today’s society have gradually made China’s demand for old-age buildings more and more intense.This is a strong contrast to this demand.Behind.Among them,the obsolescence of old-age facilities and the low quality of old-age buildings have become the factors restricting the development of China’s old-age industry.Therefore,the rapid and high-quality construction of senior apartments has become an urgent problem to be solved.Today,when the country vigorously promotes prefabricated buildings,it is the purpose of this article to apply prefabricated interiors to the filling of elderly apartments,and to explore the idea of constructing the filling of old apartments quickly and with high quality.Based on the KSI interior parts theory system,this article uses prefabricated interiors for the construction and renovation of elderly apartment fillers to improve the quality of the fillers.Through the data analysis of the special needs investigation of the elderly group,we understand that by improving the quality of the filling body,the elderly apartment can meet its needs faster and better.This paper puts forward the construction plan of the old apartment’s filling body "standardization of pipeline interface + integrated interior + modular parts + suitable aging" to improve and optimize the interior quality of the old apartment.The article proposes the design from the overall design of the first-level module(toilet,kitchen)of the elderly apartment,the integrated design of the filling body,the measures for the separation of the equipment pipeline from the support and the wall,and the aging design of the furniture of the elderly apartment filling body Strategy.In order to realize this strategy,the standardized interface of the integrated module was researched,and a set of standardized interfaces in line with the elderly apartment was innovatively proposed.Then analyze the obvious problems of the old apartment and solve them with the above construction plan.The last,combined with the investigation and the participating cases,through analysis and summary,the feasibility of the topic is confirmed.The construction scheme of the “filled pipeline standardization + integrated integration + modular parts + adapted aging” construction of the old apartment filling body can solve the problem of uneven quality of the old apartment on the market to a great extent due to its fast and efficient characteristics.In particular,the standardization of pipeline interfaces can well improve the coordination between the construction industry and manufacturing products.If the standardization of the interface is achieved on the premise of meeting the standards of the elderly,coupled with the modularization and integration in the context of building industrialization,and the appropriate aging design of equipment and furniture,I believe that the prefabricated interior will have a very great background in the surge in demand for old-age Good application prospects.
