Research On The Application Of Habitable Interior Design Of The Senior Apartments In Jilin City

At present,China is facing the severe challenge of aging population,and the number of empty nest families is increasing.However,with the development of economy and the progress of society,the traditional concept of family support for the aged has begun to change.Family support for the aged has become more and more difficult to meet the gradually rich psychological and physiological needs of the elderly.Therefore,the way of providing for the aged is developing towards the coexistence of society and family support for the aged.The apartment for the elderly is a social residence for the elderly who can meet the needs of healthy activities.It has attracted more and more attention of the elderly.This paper analyzes the activity characteristics and physiological and psychological needs of the elderly,and designs the interior space of the elderly apartment from the perspective of livability,so as to create a better apartment living space for the elderly.This paper closely combines with the current situation of the living environment of the elderly,investigates the various living needs of the elderly,and summarizes their special needs for living space.Combined with the theories of environmental psychology,ergonomics,barrier free design and gerontology,this paper puts forward the design concept of the livability of the interior space of the apartment for the elderly.Adhering to the principle of comfort,safety and convenience,combined with the regional culture of Jilin City,we can provide a more suitable environment for the elderly from the aspects of space,light,color,soft clothing,etc.,at the same time,we can solve the problem of "empty nest elderly" in the aging problem to a great extent and relieve social pressure.The paper is divided into three levels.First,the paper investigates and analyzes the current living situation of the elderly,and puts forward the innovation and research scope of this paper.Taking the social status of the elderly as the breakthrough point,the paper introduces the pension mode of the elderly apartment.Second,according to the regional cultural characteristics of Jilin City,as well as the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,the paper analyzes the characteristics of Jilin City The special needs of the elderly in Lin City make the pension mode more dynamic;third,it analyzes the elements that affect the interior space environment of the elderly apartment,explores the principles and Strategies of livability design,optimizes the interior space design,and carries out practical exploration on the livability design of the interior space of the elderly apartment in Jilin City.Finally,this paper hopes to focus on the existing research results and experience,summarize and build a comprehensive and systematic elderly apartment interior space livability design,and prospect the development trend of elderly apartment livability design,summarize the necessity of studying the elderly apartment living environment and the urgency of livability design,so as to promote the harmonious development of society.
