| With the large-scale reconstruction of the old city,the traditional street space gradually disappeared,and the neighborhood relationship and social network relying on the street space gradually weakened.Under this influence,the natural play places and play modes needed by children are also dying out,and the social environment needed for their development is not guaranteed.The neighborhood of "home" was originally the basic environment for children’s growth,but it could not bear the responsibility of cultivating children’s basic ability and sociality.Under the background of "stock" development,most of the street space is facing the future of being updated.How to update the street space to retain and play its role and value is worth studying.From the perspective of child-friendly,this paper selects Fengquan Gujing community of Changsha City,which has a large number of streets and lanes living space,as the research area,and tries to explore the feasible strategies of street and lane space renewal through theoretical combing,field research,case study and practice induction.Through theoretical research,this paper combs the characteristics of street space related to children,and points out that street space characteristics from the perspective of child-friendly can be summarized from three aspects: first,children’s rights should be guaranteed from three dimensions: safe use of street space such as "passive" level,reasonable function of "semi-autonomous" level,participation power of "autonomous" level and implementation of individual ideas Children’s rights;second,children and games,the unique way for children to use street space and get self-development and growth is games,street space is the soil of children’s games;third,children and society,street space directly affects children’s behavior and social environment in two ways to affect children’s social development.Based on literature research,field research and interviews,this paper analyzes the current situation of street space from the perspective of child-friendly,and finds that from the perspective of children’s use of street space,the "distance" between children and street space increases,and the center of gravity of the right to use street space shifts,which is ignored as the essential attribute of children’s natural play base,and children have no "independent" way to street space From the current situation of the influence of street space on children,the potential danger in street space,the interest and attraction of the place,and the specific crowd in the place have a direct impact on children’s behavior.According to this,the basic requirements of street space renewal are accessibility,continuity,improvement of space nodes and creation of a reasonable social environment.Based on the previous theoretical basis and the current situation of research,in Changsha Fengquan Gujing community to carry out an attempt to update the practice.This paper analyzes the representative cases of street space renewal,carries out the practice from the two angles of material space renewal and social environment renewal,and summarizes and reflects on the practice path,so as to provide the basis for the revision of the preliminary strategy.Finally,this paper concludes that the street space strategic objectives from the perspective of child-friendly can be interpreted into three parts: safeguarding children’s rights,symbiosis and sustainable state of material space and social environment.It is suggested that the renewal of street space should be carried out in the following steps: preliminary investigation(spatial investigation and social investigation),hardware strategy(material space renewal),software strategy(social environment renewal),from creating a continuous path,eliminating In addition to the three parts of space threat and optimization of space nodes,three methods are used to develop the social renewal mode including space catalyst,working method,core group and circulation mechanism,which are creation of renewal series,single point renewal activities in design series and space activation. |
