Quality is the life.With the development of globalization,the manufacturing industry has become increasingly competitive with the development of new technological revolutions such as industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing.In recent years,China has implemented a high-quality development strategy and gradually transformed itself into a manufacturing powerhouse.Domestic companies have become increasingly demanding on quality.Especially as China is a major producer of refrigeration equipment,with the introduction and implementation of concepts such as lean production and total quality management,therefore,domestic enterprises have increasingly higher requirements on product quality and on-site quality.Only by grasping key quality issues in each link can we gradually improve.Therefore,on-site quality management of product manufacturing has become more and more important.Under the guidance of the National Quality Power Strategy,domestic manufacturing companies are accelerating its quality.This article takes Changsha Hurge Industrial Co.,Ltd.as the research object,improves in-depth research on Hurge ’s on-site quality management.Based on a large amount of literature,it combines theories of total quality management,lean production,and 5S management of on-site quality management,PDCA cycle method and FMEA method,based on the current situation,problems and reasons of Changsha Hurge Industrial Co.,Ltd.,and the thinking of improving the quality management efficiency and quality management level of Hurge,the overall design ideas of Hurge’s on-site quality management improvement program are clarified.Under the overall design principles and design framework,the on-site quality concept and awareness improvement plan for employees,the production process quality control improvement plan,the production management standardization improvement plan and the site quality special and independent improvement plan are designed in a targeted manner.At the same time,a detailed implementation plan was formulated around Hurge’s on-site quality management improvement plan,and corresponding designs were made from plan formulation,plan execution to plan maintenance.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the on-site quality improvement program of Hurge,corresponding organizational guarantees,capability guarantees,system guarantees and on-site management level improvement guarantee measures were designed.Finally,the implementation effect of on-site quality management improvement was evaluated.By combining the actual situation of Hurge Industrial Co.,Ltd.and modern quality management concept and means,this paper tries to explore a set of on-site quality management scheme suitable for machining and manufacturing enterprises.Meanwhile,it hopes to provide certain reference for enterprises of similar scale in the same industry through the study of this case.
