Research On Integrated Management Mode Of SP-SSA International Terminal Project In Vietnam

With the expansion of engineering projects,the complexity of project management is getting higher and higher,and the traditional engineering project management model can no longer meet the systemic,scientific and effective management needs.This requires administrators to use advanced technology to establish a scientific and effective integrated management method to ensure that complex engineering construction projects can be carried out in an orderly manner.The tide of the global information revolution has brought about the emerging information technology,which provides the possibility of integrated management of engineering projects.The successful application of new technologies,new processes and new methods based on integrated management in engineering construction projects also makes Project managers pay more attention to establishing an integrated management model in project management.This thesis takes the project management in the new situation as the research background,and takes the SP-SSA international terminal project in Vietnam as the research object.As the problem of the lack of effective management mode,based on the integrated management theory of engineering project.From the perspective of target integration management of the cost,quality and construction,the integrated management mode of SP-SSA international terminal engineering project is constructed.After the inspection is effective,propose the operation strategy of SP-SSA engineering project under this management mode.Firstly,by analyzing the management characteristics and existing management problems of the SP-SSA international terminal project in Vietnam,we analyze the requirements of the integrated management of the SP-SSA project and proposes the necessity and feasibility of the integrated management of the project.Secondly,according to the management characteristics of complex engineering projects and the integrated management requirements of SP-SSA engineering projects,the multi-objective and multi-level engineering project integrated management mode has to be established based on the integrated management of cost,quality and construction period objectives.Thirdly,according to the management goal orientation,we establish an index system for evaluating the management performance of engineering projects on the analytic hierarchy process,and the application of the integrated management mode of SP-SSA international terminal project is scientifically analyzed.Finally,according to the integrated management model established in this paper,the operational strategy suitable for SP-SSA international terminal project management is proposed,which provides project management guidance for the project’s contractor,AVIC III,and also provides useful reference for the integrated management of other project construction units.
