Research On The Process Management Of Terminal Area Construction Project International Airport

The terminal area construction project of airport has many characteristics,such as large capital input,high construction difficulty,long construction period,large environmental impact,as well as various factors,such as safety dispatch and operation guarantee.There are many factors in the whole process management of terminal area construction project,which directly affects the capital input,whether it can be completed according to the construction period,and some negative social effects.This paper adopts case study method,in order to NNWX new international airport terminal area and supporting project as an example,the project management theory is introduced into the airport terminal area construction projects,using the modern project management theory in the commonly used methods and tools,theory combined with practice,analyzes the construction of the airport terminal area project organization structure and characteristics of exploring how to build the airport project in modern management mode of scientific management methods.Based on the case analysis of the new terminal area and supporting project of the NNWX international airport,the paper puts forward the whole process management strategy of the airport terminal area construction project,which provides the reference and theoretical guidance for the similar project of the industry and the future terminal area reconstruction and extension project management,and has special significance for promoting the healthy development of China's transportation construction.
