Project Management Of Shanghai International Dance Centre Lighting

Retail channel as a most general way to sales meets many problems though it has a wide market capacity.Low margin,keen competition,low technical barrier and low brand-effect of retial channel of lighting market lead companys to find new opportunities in project channel to make more money.More challenges are coming out for small scale and high technical production.Based on project management knowledge,the thesis is intended to study the PM application in lighting productive company.As a specific project,Shanghai International Dance Center,the author introduces the project management to study the control of cost,schedule and quality.Schedule management is one the basis of total construction schedule goal,contract and cross matching.Project Software is applied to formulate the schedule plan in the form of bar chart,then set up the relation of work tasks,finally find out the critical path and key task to control and adjust.Adopt breakeven calculation and qualitative analysis to forecast the cost,formulate two cost plans by components and schedule separately,then analyze and control the project by Earned Value Management Systems(EVMS).From the viewpoint of productive company,the author selects two typical products to analyze the cost by BOM analysis.For quality target,the author breaks down from the total construction engineering to product,and then explores the production quality.Finally achieve the quality target by plan and control.
