Discussion On T2 Non-stop Flight Terminal Renovation Project Construction Project Management

First,by studying national and international civil airport project management,management and analysis of the characteristics of China's civil airport construction project works non-stop flight,because of the author as the owner full participation in the Beijing Capital Airport Terminal T2 non-stop flight construction project,deep experience in the construction process,and the project implementation process of the project management sub-described management played a good role in the implementation process.This paper describes and summarizes the Beijing Capital Airport Terminal T2 on non-stop flight construction project management-related content,this article is summed up in the actual construction process,project management,part of an effective description of the current problems we encountered Civil Aviation Airport Project solutions and put forward their own ideas and solutions for the construction of the project management of civil airport project in-depth discussion.Due to the relatively small civil airport project management summary of the paper,the paper on the future of civil aviation airport construction project management have some reference,I think the results of this study on the project management of civil aviation airport has a certain value and practical significance.
