Research On Optimization Design Strategy Of Public Green Space In Xi’an Residential Area Based On Microclimate Adjustment

Abstract/Summary:
Residential public green space is one of the most densely populated and highestusage spaces.Therefore,research on the planning and design of residential public green space based on microclimate adjustment is of positive significance for improving residents’ outdoor activity quality and activity willingness and enhancing residential vitality.Through research,this article divides the public green space in Xi’an residential areas into four types: L-shaped,U-shaped,fully enclosed,and staggered.Using handheld meteorological instruments to conduct meteorological tests on the field,combining field tests to observe human behavior and microclimate Relationship,combined with software simulation methods,to study the interaction between garden elements and microclimate elements,as well as the impact on human comfort,and propose corresponding optimization strategies for the microclimate characteristics of four types of public green spaces.After research,this article draws the following conclusions:First,the planting orientation of different vegetations has different effects on the microclimate of the public green space in the residential area.Collective cluster deciduous trees are planted on the southeast and southwest sides,and the array of deciduous trees in the activity space can achieve the effect of cooling and humidification;The prevailing wind direction of Xi’an is to set up clusters of evergreen trees on the windward side of the northeast and northwest sides of the site,which can play a role in wind protection.Second,setting the water body on the windward surface has a slowing effect on the wind speed.The larger the area,the greater the slowing effect on the wind speed.It also has a significant effect on the cooling and humidification of the site.<Arbor+Drought spray mode<Dispersed water body+arbor mode<Small range of water body combined with arbor irrigation mode.Third,different underlays have different effects on the microclimate of public green spaces in residential areas.Granite and basalt are more suitable as underlays for summer activity spaces.Red bricks and concrete have better adaptability in winter,and grasslands adapt in winter and summer.Poor performance;scattered hard pavement is more conducive to improving the site microclimate.Fourth,in the public green space in the four types of residential areas,the impact of the building on the thermal environment of the site is higher than that of other garden elements.The comfort of the public green space in the fully enclosed residential area is the worst;the comfort of the public green space in the patchy residential area with the best ventilation environment in summer The best;the best winter comfort is the L-shaped enclosed public green space in the northeast.Set up event venues according to different building orientation layouts,and use the architectural shadows of different seasons to disperse the event spaces.The summer event spaces of most building layout event venues are more suitable for the south side of the site,and the winter event spaces are more suitable for the west side of the site.And the southwest side.The above research results can provide scientific basis and design reference for improving the comfort of public green space in Xi’an residential areas and future residential area planning and design.
