The development of cities leads to the shortage of space resources,the lack of green space and the continuous deterioration of the environment.To alleviate a series of problems,urban planning is developing from big scale to the small scaled space.Micro-space,as a small outdoor public space that residents can stay relaxed and communicate,which is of high distribution density,convenient to use and most closely related to residents' daily life,has been attracting more and more attention.Microclimate is mostly related to the residents' daily life,which can be more affected by underlying surfaces and plant layouts.This study has selected the micro-space after the abandoned building were demolished within the old city of Golden Belt Street.Different landscape factors in the micro-space were simulated by PHOENICS,which is Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD).Analyzing the results of the factors affecting microclimate,including air temperature,relative humidity,wind velocity and UTCI to obtain the better on the landscape factorssetting in the site,it concluded that:1.It has better effects on the decreasing air temperature,increasing relative humidity and wind velocity and improving the human thermal comfort when the pavement is brick rather than the concrete or asphalt.2.The planting of single tree can have better effects on the improving the human thermal comfort than the shrub,grass and tree+grass.Compared with the site with only brick pavement,the average UTCI can be decreased by 2.19?.However,for air temperature,tree+grass can have the best cooling effects for the site at the pedestrian height.Compared with the no-planting site,the average air temperature can be decreased by 3.31?.Compared with the no-planting site,the wind velocity at the pedestrian height can be increased in the tree-planting site,almost the same in the grass-planting site but decreased in the shrub-planting site.3.Tree-planting in the southwest by west of the micro-space has the lowest air temperature,highest relative humidity,and best human thermal comfort than the other locations.Also,planting tree in the center of the micro-space is also a good planting location.The former two respectively plant in the corner and center of the site.4.The microclimate and human thermal comfort has changed with the planting locations of the shrubs in the site with the tree,forming different enclosed space,is not the more the better.Shrub only plants in the northwest of the site with the tree-planting in the southwest by west,which can have the best cooling effect;However,the shrubs plant both northwest and southeast of the site,the residents in the site can feel the most comfortable.Planting shrub only in the southwest of the site with the tree-planting in the center of the site,has the best cooling effect;Planting shrub in the northwest of the site can have the lowest UTCI.
