Research On Space Sharing In The Shy Courtyard Of High-rise Housing For Neighbourhood Relations

With the large-scale development of modern cities,construction land is becoming more and more scarce.The development of residential buildings has gradually changed from horizontal development to vertical development.Although this change saves construction land,it also faces the increasingly indifferent neighbourhood relationship between high-rise residential households.This topic starts from the promotion of neighborhood relationship in high-rise residential buildings,and builds a space-sharing space as a design method.In the early stage,the questionnaire is used to find out the residents’ demand for communication space,and the field investigation and summary summarizes the traditional courtyard-style living mode and communication mode.To sort out the reasons for the indifference of high-rise residential neighborhoods and reasonably divide the effective space of neighborhood communication.Through the investigation and analysis of other forms of shared space that are prevalent in today’s high-rise residential buildings,take the essence,go to its dregs,and grasp the characteristics of residents’ activities and behaviors under the premise of ensuring the visibility,accessibility and diversity of the communication space.And the preferred event location features and activities,applied to the design of the air courtyard shared space.Then,the interior landscape design of the air courtyard is arranged,and a shared space environment with people-oriented,strong participation,equal ecology and sustainable development is arranged,and a certain integrity is maintained with the outdoor communication space.Through the design of different decorative elements such as color,material,border,and greening,a diversified spatial form is created to increase residents’ stay time,generate effective interactions,and improve neighborhood relationships.Finally,the author’s research results are applied to the case design.The author hopes that through the comfortable ecological landscape construction,the reasonable scale communication space design,the full-featured shared platform layout and other methods and design techniques,one can not only please people,but also influence People and vast people’s air courtyard shared space,leading the return of residential sentiment and realizing the harmonious ecological development of residential areas.
