Research On The Space Reconstruction Design Of Historical Streets And Lanes In Changsha Based On The Place Spirit

The historical streets and lanes in Changsha have witnessed the development of Changsha’s history and culture,forming the basic form and spatial elements of Changsha,and the essence of Huxiang culture.Its existence represents the continuation of life and culture.However,in the current situation of rapid urbanization,the transformation method of large-scale demolition and construction has broken all kinds of living conditions of the original site,cut off the continuity of history and culture,sacrificed the original neighborhood atmosphere,and ignored people’s recognition of the site.In this context,this article attempts to introduce the "place spirit" theory into the reconstruction design of historical streets and streets,in order to solve the above problems,help us to strengthen the sense of direction and identity in the streets,evoke the memory and reappearance of life in the streets and streets Reminiscent of the past and continuing the cultural context of the city.This paper takes Changsha’s historical streets and streets as the object to carry out the discussion,takes the streets and lanes space reconstruction as the main line,and uses the "place spirit" theory as a guide.It first explains the background,purpose and significance of the topic,and then discusses the "place spirit" at home and abroad.This paper summarizes the research status of streets and lanes,and determines the research methods and framework of this paper.Then it defines and analyzes the concepts of "place spirit" and historical street space,sums up the relationship between "place spirit" and historical street,and provides a starting point for the later transformation design.Based on the investigation and analysis of the types,elements and current situation of the historical streets and lanes in Changsha City,this paper puts forward some problems such as style convergence,interface damage,fuzzy boundary,single activity,lack of greening,etc.,and uses the excellent cases for reference to carry out the transformation design.Based on the literature review,current situation analysis,and case study,to explore the combination of the "place spirit" and the historical street and lane reconstruction design,put forward the principles,strategies,and methods of historical street and lane space reconstruction design,and apply the research results to the history of Changsha In the design of street space reconstruction,in order to achieve the purpose of revitalizing the street space and the continuation of the historical context of the city,it also provides a certain reference for the subsequent street space reconstruction design.
