| The conventional vehicles has wasted a lot of oil resources. To solve the shortage of oil resources and environmental pollution, the development of new energy vehicles has been widely concerned. The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC)indicates that the global trend towards electric vehicles has taken shape.“China Manufacturing 2025”is a first step towards upgrading the development of new energy vehicles at the national level,in addition the government developed policies and measures to support the industry.W company decided to develop new energy vehicles as a response to the national policy. The academic research on the new energy automobile industry mainly focused on the technical level, but less attention paid to the risk management. The W company is developing new energy vehicles as a need for military-civilian integration, which is suitable for the development of new energy vehicles.According to the actual situation of the company’s project, the thesis starts from the program itself, combining with the existing literature research and the project management theory and risk management theory,so that the risk management of new energy projects is systematically described, and specific risk factors are identified and the severity is qualitatively analyzed. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to establish the theoretical model in order to select out the suitable program from the perspective of quantitative analysis. Finally, constructive suggestions are made for various risks to reduce losses and successfully promote the project. |
