| In recent years,the new energy vehicles in China have entered a rapid development period,a variety of new industries,such as Internet and real estate,have entered the field of new energy vehicles,and a large number of new enterprises have emerged,which has set off a boom of new energy vehicle development.However,unlike other industries,new energy vehicle projects have high technology content and complexity,large investment capital and long return period.New projects are faced with huge risks in the process of development.This paper takes a new energy vehicle R&D project of C company as the research object,according to the internal and external environmental factors faced by the enterprise and various risks that may appear in the process of project operation,uses modern project risk management knowledge,such as brainstorming method,expert questionnaire method,etc.,to identify various risk factors in the process of project operation.Combined with the enterprise internal expert team to evaluate the risk factors,using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process theory knowledge,establish a set of relatively objective evaluation system,and finally get the risk size of different technical routes,to provide decision-making basis for project managers.According to the final evaluation results,this paper calculates the risk coefficient of each risk factor,and ranks them.According to different risks,it makes corresponding plans,mainly including accepting risk,reducing risk,transferring risk and avoiding risk.Combined with the current situation of C company,it makes corresponding measures for each risk. |
