| The risk control of engineering project construction started relatively late in China.There are many problems in engineering construction,among which the risk control link is more prominent.Due to the lack of perfect supervision and management,the risk control is not in place,resulting in high price and low quality of the project,which is an important reason for accidents and project failure.The scenic spot project is one of the important contents of the project.The problems faced in the construction process are similar to the project,mainly because the risk control system is not perfect.Risk control is related to project quality and tourist experience.As the regulatory body of the construction of scenic spot projects,the government needs to strengthen risk identification,assessment and control,improve the risk control system,and ensure the scientific planning,rigorous implementation and orderly operation of scenic spot projects.On the basis of clarifying the principles,methods and principles of risk control research,this study mainly uses the methods of combining theoretical research and practice,including literature research method,case study method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,to analyze the risk control of construction projects in scenic spots.When using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the risk,first formulate the relevant evaluation system and indicators,then make an empirical analysis in combination with the actual situation of XX County martyr cemetery landscape and relief wall project,and finally put forward targeted risk countermeasures according to the evaluation results.The research results of this study have important reference significance for improving the project risk system of scenic spots.This study is divided into seven parts: the first and second parts focus on the background,significance,purpose,method,content and related theories of this study;The third part is to compare the risk analysis and evaluation methods of scenic spot project construction,the objective current situation of scenic spot project construction and introduce several common risk analysis methods;The fourth part constructs the risk evaluation model of scenic spot project construction;The fifth part is the empirical analysis based on the construction risk control model of XX County martyr cemetery landscape and relief wall project;The sixth part puts forward the risk response measures for the construction of XX County martyr cemetery landscape and relief wall project,so as to significantly reduce the incidence of construction risk events and improve the construction efficiency and quality of the project;Finally,the paper concludes and prospects,analyzes the shortcomings of the paper,and prospects the next work deployment. |
