Study On Optimizition Of Airport Peripheral Aero Economy Development Model In Haikou Under Free Trade Zone Construction Background

On April 13,2018,China（Hainan）pilot free trade zone was established,which accelerated the new pace of Hainan’s comprehensive opening-up.As one of the two major gateway airports of Hainan Free Trade Zone,Haikou Meilan International Airport is facing historic development opportunities and challenges.The development of its airport economy is also of great significance for Haikou and even Hainan’s global competitiveness.With the accelerating process of economic globalization,air transportation has become the main way of international people’s business activities and goods transportation.More and more related industries,industrial zones or industrial parks are arranged around the airport,and provide a large number of tax and employment positions for local governments.The airport economy optimizes the industrial structure of local economy and becomes an important part of the local economy.In this paper,through literature review,comparative analysis and empirical analysis,we study the development mode of Haikou airport economy in the context of Hainan Free Trade Zone,and hope that the research conclusions can provide reference and reference for the development of Haikou airport economy.Firstly,this paper reviews the related concepts and theories of free trade zone and airport economy,and analyzes the mode of free trade zone and the law of airport economy.Secondly,case study on airport airport economic development of mature domestic and foreign airport economic development with the background of free trade zone is carried out to analyze its industrial characteristics and industrial layout for the convenience of experience,including Singapore Changi Airport and Shanghai Pudong airport.Thirdly,based on the background of the establishment of Hainan Free Trade Zone,this paper analyzes the current situation of airport economic development of Haikou Meilan Airport and its surrounding areas,studies the development of the industry,and finds out the deficiencies in the industrial layout.Finally,the paper discusses the opportunities and challenges of Haikou airport economy,clarifies the principles of industrial planning and industrial layout through analysis,puts forward the development ideas of taking aviation and logistics as the industry leader,and vigorously developingmodern service industry,and finally plays a corresponding strategic guiding role for the development of Haikou airport peripheral area economy.
