Since China’s institutional reform and opening up,ports have played an important role in this process.The benefits of preferential policies in the free trade zone can support the development of ports,thus confirming the openness of the free trade zone and other regions.Maintain a good import cycle.The creation of a free trade area is therefore very important for the development of logistics services in coastal ports,enabling coastal ports to make full use of the relevant free trade area policies and defining.The policies of the free trade zone and the analysis of the policies affecting the logistics efficiency of coastal automated ports will help to improve the efficiency of port logistics services and track the implementation of the free trade zone policies.Focus on providing reference.In this paper,China’s first free trade is a show.I found that in the 10 years since the implementation of the free trade zone policy in 2013,many provinces have set up free trade zones,but this has affected the efficiency of services.The logistics of relevant ports has not been studied yet.How does it affect the efficiency of port logistics services? Free trade zones affect the efficiency of logistics services of coastal ports in unknown ways,Based on the above,This document discusses the possibility and mechanism of influencing the construction of free trade zones on the logistical efficiency of large coastal ports in China.(1)Measure the logistics efficiency of major coastal ports.First,we analyzed the logistics status of China’s major coastal ports from various aspects,and then built an indicator model to measure the logistics efficiency of traditional China’s major coastal ports.Drug control and challenge methods.On the other hand,dynamic analysis changes the overall efficiency and regional efficiency of the group’s port team.(2)Assess and analyze the impact of free trade zone policies on the efficiency of logistics services in coastal ports.Firstly,it analyzes the background of free trade policy,designs a variable model,and then analyzes the impact of free trade policy on port logistics efficiency according to the standard regression results and test duration.Analyze the differences of port free trade zone policies in different regions,and finally use the influence of intermediaries to test the impact mechanism of public policies.(3)Propose strategies to improve the logistics efficiency of coastal ports.Measure the impact of logistics efficiency of coastal ports and free flow policy mechanism on logistics efficiency,as well as actual ports,This document suggests strategies to improve transport effect.From the perspective of free trade zone and coastal port policy,supply can promote the development of high-quality logistics services in coastal ports.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the results of the Drug Enforcement Bureau and diamalm quest,we can see that most of China’s major coastal ports are highly efficient in the logistics service of the Drug Enforcement Bureau,or relatively effective in Tangshan Dalian Port The efficiency of Shanghai Port has declined;from the biometric results,we can see that the logistics efficiency of major coastal ports has shown an overall growth trend from 2010 to 2020.From the perspective of port groups,the regional driving forces of port logistics efficiency have three types of heterogeneity: poor driving ability(Yangtze River Delta and PRD ports),and high or low driving ability(Group port Bo Gulf),low driving rate and high driving rate(southwest of group port,southeast of group port).With the further analysis of technological capability,regional differences under different conditions are also the reason for the low technological capability.Therefore,different port adaptation measures should be selected according to different drivers.(2)Based on the overlap of the evaluation results of the double differences,we can see that the implementation of the free trade zone policy has a positive impact on the efficiency of logistics services in coastal ports,that is,the free trade zone policy can be strengthened Comprehensive logistics efficiency,pure technical efficiency and efficiency of coastal ports.Technological innovation and industrial scale are the three mechanisms that affect the improvement of port efficiency.Therefore,it is not important whether policy formulation or port development should attach importance to promoting technological innovation.
