| With the rapid development of economic construction,engineering construction has become an indispensable part of economic development.Compared with other industries,due to large investment and long construction period,there are many personnel involved in the management process and coordination and communication activities.Therefore,in project management,the choice of management mode is very important.It not only determines the efficiency of project management,but also affects the resources and methods of project management input of the organization,and becomes an important influencing factor for the realization of project management objectives.The choice of project management mode has become the focus of project management.Thesis takes LH company as the research object,through the analysis of the reasons why the project management mode of LH company was changed from Agent construction mode to Engineering Procurement Construction(EPC)mode,under the background of LH company’s own organizational model,compared with the advantages and disadvantages of Engineering Procurement Construction(EPC)mode and the original management mode.Thesis analyzes the main characteristics and problems of Engineering Procurement Construction(EPC)mode in project management under the operation mode of LH company,in order to find the most suitable project management mode.Through the analysis of the cases in the process of project management of LH company,this paper combs the influence of project characteristics and different management modes on the quality of project control,and studies the reasons for LH company to seek alternative management modes and the basis for mode selection.Find out the key points of project management mode selection: First,according to the characteristics of different management modes,combined with the project’s own management problems,to seek solutions and modes to solve outstanding problems;Second,according to the requirements of management mode,improve the quality of management personnel,in order to better achieve the purpose of the project;Finally,through the optimization of the project organization structure and management process,we can reasonably reduce the adverse impact of the defects of the management mode on the project. |
