Greenway is one of the characteristic environmental protection construction projects in China.It can make intensive use of land,integrate ecological,historical,recreational and other resources,and improve the quality of livable.However,due to the complexity of high-density old city,the development of Greenway practice is hindered.This paper selects YX District of Guangzhou City as the research object,aiming at the problems existing in the implementation process of Greenway project,focuses on the problems of planning and construction scheme in the early planning stage and project management mode in the construction and implementation stage.According to the analysis of different scales,the problems of the planning and construction scheme in the early planning stage can be divided into the problem of Greenway route selection and layout at the Greenway network level and the problem of user satisfaction at the single Greenway level.Aiming at the problem of Greenway route selection layout,this paper constructs the index system based on land suitability analysis method,and then uses Arc GIS software to overlay the index score to get the Greenway route selection scheme of YX District in Guangzhou city.By comparing the scheme Greenway with the existing Greenway,the average score of the scheme Greenway in route selection increased by 11.89%;In terms of fairness,the coefficients of variation of Greenway density and Greenway length per capita are 1.0122 and 0.7823 smaller than the current Greenway,which means that the fairness of Greenway area and population is better;In terms of accessibility,the coverage area of green space resources increased by 11.07%,and the coverage rates of historical and cultural sites,cultural and sports exhibition sites,bus stations and subway stations increased by 36.21%,30.17%,56% and 23.08% respectively.In view of the problem of user satisfaction,this paper combines the characteristics of literature and high-density old city to build a satisfaction evaluation index system including 23 indicators,and then uses the improved IPA method to analyze,to find out the key points of construction improvement and optimize the allocation of resources.The results show that the safety protection measures,fitness facilities,night lighting and other elements in turn in the case of appropriate maintenance,the resource investment can not be too much.The investment in the key elements such as the setting of dedicated lanes,traffic connection and post station facilities should be increased in turn as the key points in the single Greenway Planning and construction scheme.In the construction and implementation stage,through literature analysis and Delphi method optimization,this paper obtains six main factors affecting the selection of Greenway project management mode.Then,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper constructs the selection model of Greenway project management mode in high-density old city.Taking a Greenway project in YX District of Guangzhou City as an example,this paper uses the model to analyze and draws the conclusion that EPC project management mode should be preferred.Compared with the traditional management mode,the design change of a Greenway project decreased by 75%;In terms of schedule,the construction period is saved by 2 months,and the time of the whole project is saved by 25%;In terms of cost control,the construction and installation cost of settlement is 1.0854 million yuan less than that of budget,about 3.24%.This paper analyzes and studies the above problems,and tries to put forward targeted implementation security suggestions from the macro,meso and micro levels,which is helpful for the development of Greenway in high-density old urban areas,and can provide reference for other similar areas to improve relevant management problems.
