| Although the development of small and medium-sized cities rapidly,but many traffic facilities due to previous lack of reasonable planning,did not keep up with the pace of the traffic volume increase,the road is faced with the problem of spatial layout of defects,road channelization problem,road infrastructure is not perfect,lack of traffic management talent and capital budget problems,lead to small and medium-sized cities in improving the traffic problem than in big cities and new urban reform is more complicated.At the same time,the road traffic composition of small and medium-sized cities is complex,and there are many models.The composition proportion of different models is different from that of big cities,and the problem of bicycle interference to motor vehicles is more obvious.Simply increasing the number of new roads in small and medium-sized cities is not enough to solve the problem from the source.It is necessary to make a thorough analysis of the problem and formulate a scientific and reasonable traffic control strategy.In this paper,the vehicles and bicycles on the intersections of small and medium-sized cities as the research object,through the actual investigation and traffic investigation of each intersection in Qujing City,obtained the relevant data of vehicles and bicycles at the intersections and the current situation of the city’s traffic channelization.By studying the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the analysis of the traffic characteristics and traffic conflict of vehicles and bicycles at the intersections of small and medium-sized cities at home and abroad,and proposes the corresponding traffic control strategies.Based on the traffic flow characteristics of motor vehicle flow and bicycle flow in small and medium-sized cities,the paper analyzes the basic vehicle characteristics and speed dependence.Secondly,on the basis of clarifying the characteristics of the two traffic flows,this paper qualitatively analyzes the traffic conflict problem of the two vehicle types at the intersection,which is used as the basis of researching the corresponding traffic control strategy.Finally,the conflict between vehicles and bicycles at the intersections of small and medium-sized cities is improved by means of time separation and space separation.In the aspect of channelization optimization,the specific process of channelization design is designed for the motorized road and bicycle road.In signal control research,this paper design a multi-objective optimization problem to solve the problem of the optimization of signal timing of intersection,by choosing several control indicators,including motor vehicle delay,stops and traffic capacity and vehicle emissions of four goals,by analyzing the proportional and inverse relationship between each index and the traffic ratio,setting the index coefficient related to the traffic ratio of each lane group,taking saturation and the total duration of the cycle as some constraint conditions,a multi-objective optimization model related to signal timing was constructed,and the optimal solution was obtained through genetic algorithm,and the optimal signal timing scheme was obtained.This paper can effectively study the corresponding traffic control strategies for the conflict between motor vehicles and bicycles in small and medium-sized cities,which provides solutions for the work of each link of traffic governance in the future. |
