At this stage,BIM Technology is mainly used by Design Institute to model based on drawings.That is,the BIM model of the project is established according to the designed structural drawings,and the three-dimensional BIM model is used to reverse verify the design,which is commonly called reverse design.Although the reverse design can enrich the information that can not be expressed in the previous two-dimensional drawings and find out the possible errors,omissions and defects in the design in time.However,the workload of reverse design is increased on the basis of the original design workload.BIM forward design is to establish the project information model according to the project requirements from the beginning of the establishment of the project,that is,the professional designers create the project model together in the three-dimensional collaborative design platform according to the project requirements,then transfer the model data to the next construction stage.However,due to the rise of BIM Technology,the technology is not very mature,its advantages can not be well used,especially the application of BIM forward design in China’s engineering projects is still rare.Therefore,it is necessary to study and tap the potential of BIM forward design.This thesis starts with BIM forward design and studies the following main contents according to the bridge of continuous rigid structure:(1)Based on the continuous rigid frame bridge,this thesis discusses the BIM forward design of the continuous rigid frame bridge based on Revit platform,Analyze the depth that the model should reach in the design stage of continuous rigid frame bridge,and divide and code the components.Analyzes the design content of the continuous rigid frame bridge scheme design stage,and applies the BIM forward design idea to it.analyzes the collaborative way of BIM forward design,and puts forward the forward design way of “CRMN”forward collaborative design platform.Establish the BIM forward design process of continuous rigid frame bridge with the integration of design and construction,so that the project can be designed directly in the 3D design environment based on Revit platform.(2)According to the three methods of creating 3D terrain of civil 3D,Combined with Revit and civil 3D,the terrain can be created in Revit.Studies the special-shaped components of continuous rigid frame bridge,obtains the method of parametric design of the special-shaped component family and the management method of establishing the component family library of continuous rigid frame bridge.Through the secondary development of Revit,the reinforcement plug-in of rebar is established,and the plug-in button of rebar is created in the Revit tool panel,so that the reinforcement model can be quickly established in the Revit platform.Combining Revit and dynamo to splice each component family of the continuous rigid frame bridge,the whole 3D model of the continuous rigid frame bridge can be assembled quickly.(3)Taking a continuous rigid frame bridge project as an example,In the scheme design stage,the 3D information model of the project is built directly in Revit,and then the model data is imported into Midas Civil carries on the calculation,and uses the developed reinforcement plug-in to quickly establish the reinforcement model of the project,and then carries on the engineering quantity statistics,collision detection,construction simulation,etc.The results show that the BIM forward design method proposed in this thesis can realize the complete design of the project.
