The Building Information Model(BIM)is a direct application of information technology in the construction industry.It has many advantages such as shared API data interfaces,high data integration,data consistency,data correlation,and construction demonstration functions.It has been acquired wide using in the construction field,and achieved remarkable results.However,there are still many technical deficiencies in the application of BIM technology in bridge projects,which are reflected as follows:(1)When using the BIM API data interface for secondary software development,there is no simple and standardized data storage format for designers to operate,and the basic data storage mode of bridge design is not uniform;(2)When carrying out BIM secondary development,there is no complete program for the whole process of bridge design,and each component needs to use different plug-ins to complete the modeling of the whole bridge work;(3)The corresponding interface between BIM technology and complex nonlinear finite element analysis software has not yet been successfully built,and the BIM bridge structure analysis model and finite element analysis model have not been implemented seamlessly.This article takes a 90+170+90 meter prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame beam bridge as an engineering example,based on the Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 development platform,and based on the Visual C# programming language,and using the API data interface provided by Revit 2018 software.The following work are as follows:(1)Create a JSON data storage format for bridge model data,and realize the standard storage of bridge basic data;(2)Based on the secondary development technology of AutoCAD,the prestressed steel assistant program is programmed to provide the function of automatical reading the prestressed steel information data in the AutoCAD drawings for the establishment of the Revit model of the prestressed steel;(3)The established BIM software Revit's fully-automated modeling program realizes the rapid application of mass-built family operations and the one-click creation model of bridge components,and finally generates a three-dimensional visualization BIM model and simulates the construction process;(4)Set up the data conversion program between Revit and ANSYS,and realize the data information link between BIM software and finite element structure analysis software.Based on the built BIM 3D visualization model,call the data conversion program to extract the analysis model and the cross-section form directly.The APDL command stream converted to ANSYS generates finite element analysis models,performs static and modal analysis in ANSYS software,and displays the analysis results.It effectively solves the problem of generating structural analysis models and performing structural static and modal calculations by importing BIM models into finite element analysis software and other issues.(5)Based on the BIM model that has been built,the project volume statistics,collision check,drawing output,collaborative work,and construction model are performed to demonstrate the application of BIM technology in bridge structural design.
