| Over the past 20 years,building information model(BIM)technology has developed rapidly and is widely used in various fields of the architectural design,construction and operation maintenance,which has extended the sharing of information data in the BIM model.In the construction management,there is still the problem that it is difficult to interact the information data between the BIM model and the actual site,and outstanding the problem of information disconnection because the BIM information technology cannot be effectively applied to the construction environment.Prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridges have become one of the preferred brdge types with a main span in the range of 100~300m,due to its advantages of reasonable structure force,convenient construction methods,and economical construction cost.The long-span rigid-frame bridges are often adopts the cantilever construction method.The cast-in-place beam sections are almost impossible to adjust during the later period of construction.In order to make sure that the bridge alignment and internal force meet the design requirements,it must be accurately controlled during cantilever construction.In order to improve the information degree of construction control of continuous rigid frame bridge,this paper develops a cantilever construction control system of continuous rigid frame bridge based on BIM theory and Revit platform.The BIM technology is applied to the construction of continuous rigid frame bridge,and the following aspects are studied:(1)Creates the basic members Group Database of continuous rigid frame bridge with Autodesk Revit,and built the geometric model of continuous rigid frame bridge based on the secondary development of Revit,made up for the shortage of Revit when the bridge variable cross-section box girder model was built.(2)Based on the core idea of BIM,the definition of construction information model of continuous rigid frame bridge and its implementation technology are put forward.Construction characteristics of cantilever casting of continuous rigid frame bridge is taken into consideration,the construction information of continuous rigid frame bridge is constructed and classified,so as to realize the intelligent input of construction information and storage of data base,and ensure the integrity of construction information.The construction information visualization platform for the construction of continuous rigid frame bridge is set up to make a scientific decision for the construction of continuous rigid frame bridge in time.(3)Rely on the actual bridge,it intelligently records and visualizes the dynamic information of line shape and stress in the construction process under various operating conditions with creating a construction information BIM model and selecting part of the construction conditions,then performing effect analysis to verify the continuous rigid frame structure,and verifing the rationality and feasibility of the continuous rigid frame bridge construction management system. |
