Research On The Supply And Demand Matching Of Daily Recreational Services In Community Parks

With the improvement of social development level and the pressure of city life,the demands of city residents for daily recreation services are increasing day by day and showing diversified features.Community park,as an important place for daily recreation services in the city,is faced with the problem that the supply of park recreation services does not match the residents’ daily recreation needs.Therefore,from the perspective of improving the matching of supply and demand,this paper discusses the matching status between the daily recreation service supply of community parks and residents’ daily recreation demand,so as to propose the environmental design and planning strategies of community parks to meet residents’ daily recreation demand,which plays an important role in improving the level of community parks’ daily recreation service.Firstly,the paper analyzes the daily recreation service content of the community park and the environmental demand characteristics of residents for the corresponding service content.The relationship between community park environment and residents’ recreation activities was sorted out.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and the content of community parks’ daily recreation services,this paper summarizes six environmental supply factors of community parks that affect residents’ daily recreation from the perspective of psychological cognition,including park accessibility,natural environment,activity facilities,environmental facilities,site culture and service management.Then,the "perception-expectation" model is introduced to establish the matching measurement method of daily recreation service supply and demand in community parks.Based on literature review and community park survey,a daily recreation service supply and demand evaluation system of community park with 6primary environmental factors and 30 secondary environmental factors was established.Finally,taking Chongqing Dongbu park as an example to conduct an empirical study,this paper analyzes the attributes and recreational behavior characteristics of recreational residents in community parks,measures the satisfaction levels of different residents’ daily recreational needs,and evaluates the matching status of daily recreational service supply and demand in community parks.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The recreational residents of Chongqing Dongbu park have obvious characteristics of social differentiation,mainly serving the middle-aged and young people(about 80%),white-collar workers and other occupational groups(46.05%)and residents with a higher overall economic income level(78.95%).At the same time,the recreational behaviors of different residents also show great differences.Among them,male residents prefer body-building activities,while female residents prefer leisure activities.The younger residents prefer sports and leisure activities,while the older residents prefer fitness,fitness and communication activities.White-collar workers,professionals and other professional groups tend to watch and fitness and other personal activities,retired groups tend to fitness and communication and other group activities;Low-income groups tend to watch,walk and other non-participation activities,while middle and high-income groups tend to sports,dog walking and other participation activities.(2)There are significant differences in the satisfaction levels of daily recreational needs of different residents(gender,age,occupation,income level and recreational behavior).From the perspective of residents’ gender,the satisfaction level of men is lower than that of women.From the perspective of residents’ age,the daily recreation demand of the elderly is the best,followed by that of children and teenagers,and the middle aged is poor.From the perspective of residents’ income level,the middle-income group is the most satisfied,followed by the low-income group and the high-income group.From the perspective of residents’ occupation,the daily recreation demand of retired people is the highest,while that of professionals is the lowest.From the perspective of residents’ recreational activity preference,walking activity was the most satisfied,followed by physical exercise,relaxation and group activities,while being close to nature and social chatting were less satisfied.(3)The poor matching between the supply and demand of daily recreation services in Chongqing Dongbu park is mainly attributed to the fact that there is no correspondence between the attributes of the target population of community park service and the population composition characteristics of park recreation residents.Step moving park recreation environment towards men,old age,non-working and middle-income residents recreation demand,step and move around the park community residents group mainly is younger,workers and middle and high income groups,moving step park service supply and community recreation demand subject appeared do not match,can’t meet the demand of main use crowd recreation park.This paper proposes corresponding optimization principles and strategies based on the measurement results of matching supply and demand of daily recreation services in Dongbu park.2)refine the recreational needs of different residents to improve the satisfaction level of recreational needs of major users.Through the above optimization Suggestions,we hope to improve the matching degree of supply and demand of daily recreation services in the park and promote the sustainable use of the park.
