A Study On The Adaptability Of Therapeutic Landscape In Community Park Of Beijing Central City From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand

With the rapid development of China’s economy,increasingly fierce social competition,increasing pressure on life and unhealthy lifestyle,Chinese people are generally facing great threats in terms of physical,Psychological and social health.Urban residents urgently need some environment to promote physical,mental and social health.This phenomenon is particularly evident in the mega-city such as Beijing.Therapeutic landscape can effectively promote the health of residents in all aspects by promoting moderate exercise,stimulating a variety of sensory experiences,and promoting social exchanges.It should be widely used in residents,daily activities.Community parks are a natural environment with high utilization rate because they are close to neighbors and are convenient for residents’daily contact with nature and sports and leisure.Therefore,the study of therapeutic landscape in community parks is of great significance to promote the health of residents,improve the planning and construction of coumunity parks,expand the scope of research on therapeutic landscape,and enhance the value of landscape architecture.This paper studies the adaptability of therapeutic landscape of community parks from the perspective of supply and demand in the central city of Beijing.This paper summarizes the connotation and function of the therapeutic landscape of community parks and clarifies its significance through the study of the related theories of community parks and therapeutic landscape.By investigating the behavior of residents in community parks and combining with relevant cases,this paper summarizes the types and manifestations of therapeutic landscape in community parks,which lays a theoretical foundation for the selection of model factors and the design of questionnaires on users,needs.Through analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper establishes a therapeutic landscape evaluation model of community parks,and evaluates the status of 21 sample parks in the central city of Beijing.Data were collected through questionnaire survey,and SPSS variance homogeneity analysis was used to understand the user’s overall needs for the therapeutic landscape of community parks,the different needs of different populations,the adaptability of various types of therapeutic landscapes and various fonns of expression.This paper establishes an adaptive design model of therapeutic landscape in conununity park.Based on this model,the supply score and demand score of therapeutic landscape in community park in downtown Beijing are superimposed,and the supply-demand relationship model is established.The supply-demand relationship of therapeutic landscape in community park in downtown Beijing is analyzed,which includes supply-demand balance and supply deficiency,and corresponding improvement strategy are proposed..Finally,based on the needs of users,this paper provides a reference for the future therapeutic landscape construction of community parks,and puts forward the adaptive design strategies of therapeutic landscape of community parks under three conditions:unconditional restriction of community parks,limited area of community parks and balanced type of neighboring residents,limited area of community parks and concentrated type of neighboring residents.
