Study On The Construction Of Decision Making Model Of Construction Project Design

In recent years, the development of urbanization in China, the construction project is playing a very important role, and support the city’s construction, development and growth. Construction project bidding and construction quality has a direct relationship, this paper on China’s construction project design bidding management issues are discussed.Because of the national conditions of our country, the engineering design also has the characteristics of non independence, semi market, weak service and so on. Some design enterprises have serious lack of integrity, some design personnel quality is not high phenomenon. In the process of China’s urbanization, the construction project plays a very important role, which supports the construction, development and growth of the city. Construction project bidding and construction quality has a direct relationship, this paper on China’s construction project design bidding management issues are discussed.In this paper, from the aspects of the system, the industry and the owners of domestic engineering bidding status, on this basis, the parties to the main coping strategies, for example, the government should gradually improve the system of relevant laws and regulations; industry associations should really give play to the role of function, form the industry self-discipline; owners should design enterprise technical service characteristics of to optimize the design of enterprise services for the owners.Through reading a large amount of literature and data, a preliminary analysis of selected enterprises in the design of evaluation index, then according to expert opinions on the preliminary selection of additional index and the second round of screening.Finally, considering engineering experience and Countermeasures of adverse selection, screening to determine the final evaluation index.Using AHP to calculate the weight of evaluation index.According to expert advice on constructing a pairwise judgment matrix, and then use the Excel software calculation, the number of experts to quickly calculate the respective weights, determine the final weight of each evaluation index.The evaluation index is divided into two parts:objective index and subjective index. Using the single index evaluation method and the subjective index, using the expert experience scoring method. Set up the evaluation criterion of good index, construct the comprehensive evaluation model based on the evaluation index system, which is used to design the enterprise’s choice. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the research results are tested by the actual case.
