With the increasing rate of myopia among teenagers,the requirements for classroom lighting quality have become more stringent,the transformation of classroom lighting has been pushed forward.The emergence of light emitting diode light source(Light Emitting Diode,LED)is gradually replacing the dominant position of fluorescent lamps in classroom lighting with its own advantages,Therefore,it is necessary to study the lighting quality of LED classroom luminaires,through testing and analysis to judge Whether the lighting quality is suitable for classroom lighting requirements.At present,the quality inspection items for general lighting include optical parameter test,glare test,stroboscopic test and blue light hazard test in this order.Corresponding testing standards have been formulated for these test projects at home and abroad.This article obtained the conclusion that the existing testing standards need to be updated through the actual testing of LED classroom lamps.The LED classroom lamps cannot be evaluated in a unified manner according to the traditional testing standards.Instead,the LED classroom lamps should be distinguished from the blackboard lamps.Develop their testing standards separately to meet their different lighting needs.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)Test the optical performance of LED classroom lights and blackboard lights through a light distribution test system and a fast photochromic electrical analysis system.The optical performance requirements for LED classroom lights and blackboard lights should be: LED classroom lighting efficiency is not less than 90 lm / W,LED blackboard lighting efficiency is not less than 80 lm / W;the spectral uniformity of LED classroom lights and blackboard lights should be good and continuous,the color tolerance SDCM limit should be 4-4.5,the general color rendering index Ra should be above 85,R9 should not be less than 20,such as used in art classrooms and other occasions that requirehigh color contrast,the general color rendering index Ra should be above 90,and R9 should not be less than 50.(2)Import the light intensity distribution measured by the distribution photometer into the simulation software to generate the UGR table,calculate its UGR value in the standard classroom,reduce the problem of excessively high glare value of the blackboard lamp by adding a diffusion plate,and put forward the glare evaluation standard in combination with the actual : The glare value of LED classroom lights does not exceed16,and the glare value of LED blackboard lights does not exceed 19.(3)Use the stroboscopic tester to measure the maximum and minimum value of the fluctuation frequency of LED classroom lights and blackboard lights,calculate the fluctuation depth,and evaluate the stroboscope level through the technical specification’s requirements for the fluctuation depth.Then analyze the roughness of the stroboscopic calculation model,increase the fluctuation uniformity of the new calculation model and combine the two to assess the stroboscopic risk level of LED classroom lights and blackboard lights.(4)Introduce the calculation and evaluation method of blue light hazards,formulate a detection plan based on the standard,propose a solution to find the "most unfavorable point" of LED classroom lights,and finally improve the existing blue light hazard assessment standards.Test once,test once every 1000 hours of accelerated aging,once every 2000 hours of accelerated,and take the most unfavorable result as the final evaluation result in order to improve the accuracy of the test results.By adopting the above-mentioned testing and evaluation standards,it can significantly improve the lighting quality of LED classroom lamps and optimize the testing process,improve testing efficiency and reduce testing costs. |
