With the rapid development of China’s Navy defense forces,the demand for naval oceanic supplies is also increasing constantly.And,the efficient transfer of naval equipment maintenance resources supporting is particularly crucial for ships to perform oceanic missions,meanwhile,it is an important prerequisite to enhance the naval equipment’s combat capability and mission execution efficiency.At present,China’s military resources support is mainly based on manual decisionmaking,and it is highly dependent on decision-makers.It is difficult to adapt to the problem of increasing scale and complexity of support resources,which easily leads to low support efficiency and high costs.On the other hand,with the rapid development of the scale of the equipment systemthe,capability,and degree of automation of the equipment system,the tasks it undertakes have the characteristics of long period and complex types.Therefore,the generation of maintenance support resource requirements within the task period also often presents highly dynamic.Based on this,the realization of automatic equipment maintenance resources support task planning,the formulation of a transportation plan for dynamically generated equipment maintenance resources support,the improvement of the punctuality of maintenance resource transfers,and the reduction of transportation costs are of great significance for improving military logistics support capabilities.In this article,a Hierarchical Task Network planning(HTN)method is used to study the planning of equipment maintenance resource support tasks.First,a Domain Knowledge model for HTN planning is constructed,considering the time constraints of tasks,multiple resource types,multiple reserve points and guarantee points,multiple transport vehicle types,and other problem characteristics.Resource transfer tasks,planning schemes,decomposition methods,and operators are defined.Furthermore,an Equipment Maintenance Support Resource Scheduling Task Planning(EMSRSTP)algorithm is designed to handle dynamically transportation tasks arriving,temporal and resource constraints during the planning process,and a guide search module was designed to improve the performance of transportation scheme.Finally,based on the background of China’s offshore fleet equipment maintenance resources support,an example of resource scheduling mission planning was designed and the effectiveness of the algorithm was verified.This article uses the automatic planning method to solve the problem of equipment maintenance resources support and transportation task planning,which can provide a method reference for intelligent decision-making in the dynamic environment in this field,and has certain exploration significance for expanding the application field of HTN planning.
