| In recent years,the technology of special equipment is becoming more and more advanced,the structure is becoming more and more complicated,the professional cross-amalgamation,has put forward a new and higher demand for maintenance support.In view of the development and change of equipment,the maintenance of equipment has changed from three levels,namely,base level,trunk level,base level to base level and technical support team.However,problems such as unclear division of tasks,mismatches between maintenance time and content and maintenance requirements,and different steps of maintenance support resources are becoming increasingly prominent.In this paper,This paper,combined with the maintenance features of special equipment,analyzes the classification of the maintenance items of the special equipment parts by the experts and manufacturers,and establishes the special equipment tree for the special equipment.Based on the model of equipment reliability data statistical analysis,in-depth analysis and study the failure mechanism of special equipment,the structure characteristics,on the premise of two levels of two layers of security system,to carry out the failure mode effects analysis(FMEA),reliability centered maintenance analysis(RCMA),the level of repair analysis(LORA)and the analysis of the use and maintenance work(MTA),establishing equipment maintenance task planning study process framework,the important components of preventive equipment maintenance task partitioning or corrective maintenance task division,science to determine the maintenance level.Based on the special equipment E for example,according to the maintenance planning process,determine the product need to be analysed in the equipment maintenance level of the best,and at all levels of maintenance task needed to repair equipment,equipped with standard of equipment spare parts,maintenance data.ed. |
